Somatic Yoga & Meditation Teacher
A healing class, where we will journey slowly through some yoga postures to ground our energy, somatic movements to be aware of one's own body from within, and a relaxing meditation for deep rest and spiritual inquiry.
This class is designed to support us to slow down and connect to the quiet energy within.
As we abide in this inner silence, it makes us more intuitively aware, which enables us to become more open and available to what is here. Nourishing natural qualities within us of love, kindness, connection and peace that we can embody in our practice and move out into our everyday life with.
You will feel fully restored and rested.

Yoga & Meditation helps me to intuitively connect to a quiet energy within. Abiding in silence and being open and available to what is here as it unfolds moment to moment, with a sense of love and kindness.
I don’t follow any particular lineage as I am very much inspired by all of the beautiful teachings of life I encounter. What I am most interested in, is the recognition of our own true heart and true self no matter what inspires the enquiry.
This practice has been with me for over 2 decades now, and is continuously moving and evolving in a beautiful way.
I have studied many linears with many teachers, all of whom have inspired me with something I can weave into my own teachings and self-practice. I am very inspired by Spiritual enquiry with Adyashanti and Dorothy Hunt. Also, the wisdom of non-dualism teachings & self-enquiry with Richard Miller. I am also very influenced by the work of Scaravelli, Somatic Movement and Intelligent Yoga, and a vast array of Meditation teachers and philosophers.

Somatic Yoga & Yoga Nidra

A workshop to connect deeply with the body & mind to find a sense of ease and wellbeing.
We will journey through some gentle yoga and explore somatic movements which invite us to observe the felt sense of the body; A moving meditation. Re-mapping the body-mind connection which can help release subconsciously held tension patterns in the body. Dropping in questions: “how do i feel when i move”, “what sensations are arising in this moment”.
When we invite awareness to our experience, a second here, a second there, our whole body-mind will turn more spontaneously towards presence. Meeting and welcoming life as it unfolds, with a sense of ease and groundedness.
We complete the practice with an iRest Yoga Nidra. You lie or sit in a comfortable position, whist being guided through a meditation for deep rest and relaxation. As we welcome everything that is present in the body-mind our emotions and thoughts begin to grow calmer, we discover and connect to the aspect of ourselves that is always peaceful and at ease.
